Dear Silvio
It was good to meet you last week after
such a long time. Your new bakery sounds fantastic. Next time I’m in your area,
I’ll make sure I visit it.
I was sorry to hear that you’ve had
problems with our ovens. I’ve now asked our technicians here, and they say that
they think the problem is with the number of loaves you’re putting in the oven
at the same time. The maximum number for the oven you have is 200.
I think there are two solutions. You could
put fewer loaves in the oven, hut of course that would make your work slower.
The other solution is to buy a new, larger oven. The next size takes 400
loaves, which is much bigger. For this, I have arranged a special 15% discount
for you.
I hope that helps. Give me a call and we
can discuss it further.
Best wishes

Dear Mr Engl

Thank you for your kind invitation to the
launch of the Bristol BS7 9XS
Worldwide Encyclopaedia on 6 September.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to join
you at the event, as
I will be on holiday then. This is a pity,
because I would have
liked to have come to such an important
event. I am sure it will be
a great evening and a successful launch for
an excellent new
series of books.
With apologies,
Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Westwood
I am writing in connection with your email
of this morning.
When you visited me on 21 August, you
guaranteed delivery within one week of my order. You confirmed this in your
email of 23 August. 1 should like to remind you that I have already paid 50% of
the total cost. I really must insist, therefore, that you deliver the books
immediately.
Unless we receive the books within the next
week, we will be forced to take legal action.
