Nina:        Dr. Wei, Do you plan to use any visual aids, like a computer projector in the meeting room during your presentation?

Tommy: Yes, I’ll use computer projector for my Power Point presentation. When could I have my preview of the presentation? I’d like to check it in advance.

Nina:        There’s a reception desk in front of the room 200. Please bring your USB or laptop at least two hour before your session begins. You can check your presentation file there.

Tommy:   Thank you, I will. Oh! By the way, will there be anyone assist me for my presentation during the session?

Nina:        Well, there will be two possibilities for your presentation, an assistant will help your presentation needs, such as lighting and projection control, or you may do presentation yourself by using a remote controller.

Tommy:   That’s fabulous! I would like to have a technical assistant to help me.

Nina:        Great! Make sure you will give us your final version of presentation an hour before your session starts. We will allocate your file in speaker’s order.

Tommy:   Of course, thank you again.

Nina:        Yes, please.
