Victoria:        Good morning, Richard, did you receive the notice of the Asia Pacific

Hospitality Management Symposium?

Richard:            Yes, I did. This symposium is one of the most important events of our

 service trades. I will attend the meeting if I can manage to find time

Victoria:        When will it be held? How long will it last?

Richard:         Well, it will be held from September 18-21, 2011, according to the

brochure , the program will last for four days.

Victoria:        Can you tell me who is the organizer and sponsors of this Symposium?

Richard:         The Australia Hospitality Association organizes the conference and British  Airway, American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and Shanghai Round Table PCO are the sponsors of the meeting.

Victoria:        Where is the venue of the conference?

Richard:       They will hold it in the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Center.

Victoria:        What do you expect this conference can bring to you?

Richard:         This international conference is a great place to introduce new                         advisory Service and after-sales service since Sydney is the home to  more media than any other city in the world.
