Tommy:         Good afternoon. I’m supposed to make a presentation at the technical

         session 6 and was told to come here to receive instructions.

Mary:            May I have your name, please?

Tommy:         I’m Tommy Wei from Taiwan.

Mary:            Welcome, Prof. Wei! Do you know your presentation schedule?

Tommy:         Yes, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 I have thirty minutes for my

presentation. Am I correct?

Mary:            Yes, but the last five minutes are allotted for questions and answers.

Tommy:         What time should I be in the session room?

Mary:            A few minutes before the session begins, please sit in the “speaker seat” in the first row.

Tommy:         Will it be all right if I just go to the conference room 502?

Mary:            No, please attend the breakfast meeting for speakers on Wednesday. It will be held from 7:30 to 8:20 in the morning room Cafeteria on the second floor. Your session chair will give a briefing regarding the schedule.

Tommy:           Fine, please register me to attend the breakfast briefing. Thank you.
