Tommy:           Excuse me. I heard this conference will have an exhibition. When will it be held?

Nancy:            The Exhibition is held in Room 100 on the second floor of Taipei International Convention Center.

Tommy:           there an admission fee?

Nancy:             Participants in this conference or guests by invitation are admitted free, for others will be charged for NT$200.

Tommy:           Do we need to wear the conference badge or we should have admission coupon to visit the exhibition?

Nancy:             Wearing a conference badge or using admission tkcket is both ok.

Tommy:           What companies are exhibiting?

Nancy:             All the exhibitor’s names, exhibit booths, floor plan and produce5r introduction are listed in the exhibitor manual.  Some exhibitors will give demonstrations of their products or scope of services according to the time schedule.

Tommy:           May we take pictures at the exhibition?

Nancy:             In principle, no. But some of the exhibitors may let yuou do so. I suggest you inquire before you want to take photos.
